Why Mayhem?

Good question. Whilst there are 1000's of promotional product suppliers in the market, many offer cheaply-sourced, commodity style products that are barely indistinguishable from each other. At Inck, we aren't just here to flog you a bunch of promo products. We are here to help you create branded merchandise your customers will LOVE.

Where are you based?

Mayhem is based in Caringbah, NSW, 2229.

Do you ship outside NSW?

Yes, we ship Australia-wide and can arrange international shipping on request.

Timing

What is your turnaround time?

Our ideal turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. However rush orders can be done within 1-2 days depending on the item.

What information do I need to give you?

Good question. If you already know what type of product/s you are looking for, how many items you need and when you need them, then getting a quote is fairly straightforward.

What if I don't see the product I want on your website?

Our expertise and knowledge in sourcing products from around the globe means we are generally able to source it for you. Just speak to one of our friendly team and let them know what you would like. We are continually adding new promotional merchandise to our site so you will regularly find new products.

How do I get a quote?

Simply fill out our Capture Your Ideas document, send it to us, and we will be in touch as soon as possible to provide you with a quote!

What file types do you need for artwork?

In order to complete the decoration process we may require you to submit an artwork file to our team in either Vector EPS image, JPEG (Joint Photographics Experts Group), GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) or TIFF (Tagged Image File Format).

Can you custom make an idea I have?

Yes of course! Mayhem are a team of extremely creative professionals who know where to get things made. Start by filling out our Capture Your Ideas document and give us a call to talk through your big idea.

Do you have order minimums?

Generally our decorators like to decorate a minimum of 10 but if you are an existing, good customer and we can put a few things together, small orders are possible.

What are your delivery options?

Varies depending on your timeframe, location, size and weight.

Will I receive an artwork proof prior to production?

Yes – we'll produce a visual mock up. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an official proof to scale – this will need to be authorised by you before production can commence.

If I have an issue with my order once delivered, who do I contact?

We specialise in a high level of customer service, so please let us know if you have any issues with a purchase. Your representative will be able to assist you and resolve any issues you may have as fast as possible, so please give them a call on 02 9531 5655.

Can I cancel my order?

This depends on how far into your production process the item(s) are. Definitely, call us as soon as your situation changes.

Can I get a product sample?

We want you to be happy with your promotional items and we will send you a plain stock sample of the product so you can see it beforehand. Samples are chargeable at standard rate postage and packaging fully redeemable against subsequent orders.

Pricing

Do you price match?

We will endeavour to price match like for like.

What if I only have a small budget?

We work with small budgets and big budgets.

How do I pay for my order?

Cash, credit card, over the phone or direct deposit.

Can you still help if I don't know my budget?

No Problem! Many of the clients we work with don't yet have a confirmed budget. Whilst it is an important component of any brief (as it can determine the type of products we can offer you) this is definitely something we can help you with. Get in touch with our team today to get started.

What are your payment terms?

50% deposit on order, balance on delivery.

We are a charity, can you discount?

We always try our best to help out charities, call us and have a chat about what we can do for you.

How do you price your items?

Prices on our website are guide prices, final pricing will depend on:

  1. Quantity ordered.
  2. Type of decoration.
  3. Number of colours and/or decoration positions.
  4. Lead-time for production.

Are your products ethically and responsibly made?

We have a range of items that are eco friendly and sustainable, that don't contribute to the pollution of our planet.

Do you have product guarantees?

Yes some items have warranties and guarantees.
